Overload handling
The pump Ecofluidic has an overload
protection with pre-warning and pro-
blem indicator.
Mechanical Overload
If the pump cannot reach the set
speed, its LED will
flash alterna-
ting yellow – green. The pump will
continue to work at reduced speed to
e.g. run-in a new (hard!) tubing or to
remove congestions from the piping
system. If the drive still cannot reach
the set speed after max. 5 min, the
pump shuts down and the LED chan-
ges to
red.
Thermal Overload
If the pump drive gets critically hot, the
LED first
flashes yellow – red.
Should the temperature rise further,
the pump shuts down and the LED
flashes red.
Verhalten bei Überlast
Die Pumpe Ecofluidic besitzt eine Über-
last-Sicherung mit Vorwarnung und
Problemindikator.
Mechanische Überlastung
Kann die Pumpe die eingestellte
Soll-Drehzahl nicht erreichen,
blinkt
die LED im Wechsel grün – gelb.
Sie arbeitet zunächst mit reduzierter
Drehzahl weiter, damit z.B. ein neuer
(harter!) Schlauch einläuft oder sich
Verstopfungen im Leitungssystem
lösen. Wenn der Antrieb nach max.
5 min die Soll-Drehzahl immer noch
nicht erreichen kann, stellt die Pumpe
ab und die LED wechselt auf
rot.
Thermische Überlastung
Wird der Pumpantrieb zu heiss,
so
blinkt die LED zunächst im Wech-
sel rot – gelb.
Steigt die Temperatur weiter, stellt die
Pumpe ab und die LED
blinkt rot.
Comportément en surcharge
La pompe Ecofluidic possède une pro-
tection anti-surcharge avec avertisse-
ment et indicateur de problème.
Surcharge mécanique
Si la pompe ne peut pas atteindre la
vitesse réglée, sa LED va
clignoter
alternativement en jaune – vert.
La pompe continue à tourner à vitesse
réduite pour par exemple fonctionner
avec un nouveau tube (dur !) ou pour
retirer des encombrements présents
dans la tubulure. Si le moteur ne peut
toujours pas atteindre la vitesse réglée
après un maximum de 5 min, la pompe
s‘éteint et la LED passe au
rouge.
Surcharge thermique
Si la pompe atteint une température
critique, la LED commence à
clignoter
jaune – rouge.
Si la température continue à aug-
menter, la pompe s’arrête et la LED
clignote en rouge.
