Calibrating the flow rate
1 Change mode to
PUMP • Flow rate
Enter the required flow rate
with the
keys

y Check whether the correct
tubing i.d. is selected in the
mode Tube • I.D. mm?
2 Change mode to
DISP • Time
– Enter 60 seconds by using
the
keys
– Start pump with RUN/STOP

y
y Pump stops automatically
after 60 seconds

y
y
y
y Measure the dispensed
liquid by volume or weight.
Calibrate the ascertained value as
follows:
3 Return to mode
PUMP • Flow rate
4 Press the CAL-button
(displayed value blinks)
Enter the measured value
(balance) with the
keys
5 Confirm with the CAL-key (the
flow rate setting is readjusted
to the initially entered set
point as close as possible).
The rotation speed has a
resolution of
1
/
10
rpm.
After calibration, very often
the initially set flow rate can
only be reached
approximately.
6 Start the pump with the
RUN/STOP key.

2 Passer avec la touche MODE
sur DISP • Time
– Introduire 60 secondes
avecles touches
– Mis en route
avec RUN/STOP

y La pompe s’arrête automa-
tiquement après 60 secondes

y Déterminer le liquide dosé
selon le volume ou le poids.
Calibrer la valeur ainsi obtenue
comme suit:
3 Passer avec la touche MODE
sur PUMP • Flow rate.
4 Presser la touche CAL
(l’affichage clignote) Saisir la
valeur mesurée (balance) avec
les touches
5 Mémoriser avec la touche CAL
(le débit retourne maintenant
automatiquement dans la
zone de la valeur préréglée
initiale-ment). La résolution de
la vitesse de rotation est de
1
/
10 t/min. Après la calibration,
il arrive assez souvent que le
débit défini initialement ne
puisse être atteint que de
manière approximative.

5 Mit der CAL-Taste speichern
(die Fließrate wird dem vorge-
gebenen Sollwert bestmöglich
angepasst).
Die Drehzahl hat eine Auflö-
sung von

.
Nach der Kalibrierung kann
die ursprünglich eingegebene
Fließrate daher oft nur ange-
nähert werden.
