Warm-Up/Cool-Down Feature

Doing a warm-up period before an exercise and a cool down period after an exercise is strongly
recommended for your safety. In your E350, you have a feature that allows you to warm-up and
cool down on your elliptical.

If the warm-up/cool down option is activated, a warm-up screen will be displayed prior to each
exercise as well as a cool down screen after each exercise. Be aware that the warm-up and cool
down screens are not available for the JustGo™, the TRACK and the RACE programs in which you
need to establish your own warm-up and cool down periods.

The warm-up has a duration of 4 minutes and the resistance profile is divided in 5 segments.

Warm-up:

Segment 1: Is a fifth in intensity of the first segment exercise.
Segment 2: Is two fifths in intensity of the first segment exercise.
Segment 3: Is three fifths in intensity of the first segment exercise.
Segment 4: Is four fifths in intensity of the first segment exercise.
Segment 5: Is the same as the first segment exercise.
