9.5.3. Example:

3-point calibration for internal control

In the temperature range from 80 °C to 160 °C the calibration curve of
the temperature sensor (TT) is to be adjusted to the actual temperatures
at measuring point (CT).

1. Set working temperature setpoint :

Refer to „Direct temperature setting “ page 23

1. By pressing the key

the circulator switches to the

active >SETPOINT< see example on the left: >t1 25.00°C<.

The integer digits flash

(Example: <25>).

2. Change the value to 80.00 °C by pressing the keys

confirm by pressing the key

The decimal digits flash.

Confirm once more by pressing the key

.

3. The bath is heated up.

Wait for approx. 5 minutes until the temperature is constant.

2. Reading of temperature measuring device

Read the value of measuring point CT on the device and enter under
menu item >Ct X< by using the keypad.

>Ct 1< (79.70 °C)
>Ct 2< (119.5 °C)
>Ct 3< (159.3 °C)

3. Calibration

Press the

key if parameter is to be retained. Correction

function for parameters or values (prior to OK).

Setting is required only for the first calibration point.

An ATC calibration is to be carried out.
