Antrieb
Die Standarddrehzahl ist 540 U/min außer für
Grenzstreuung und bestimmte Düngersorten. (siehe
Tabelle)
Beiliegende Benutzungsanweisung der Zapfwelle
sorgfältig lesen und aufbewahren.
A NTRIEB :
- Damit die Gelenkwelle in gutem
Funktionszustand bleibt, die Arbeitsstellungen
innerhalb des maximalen Winkels von 35°
einhalten.
L ÄNGE DER G ELENKWELLE :
- Prüfen, ob die Gelenkwelle Ihrem Schlepper
angepaßt ist.
A NMERKUNG :
Maximale Arbeitslänge ( L max.) beachten.
- Bei der Längenanpassung die beiden
Halbgelenkwellen Seite an Seite in die kürzeste
Arbeitsposition bringen und markieren.
- 3 cm Spiel an jedem Ende lassen .
- Innere und äußere Schutzrohre auf die
gleiche Länge kürzen.
- Innere und äußere aufschiebbare Profile auf
die gleiche Länge wie die Schutzrohre kürzen.
- Kanten abrunden und Feilspäne sorgfältig
reinigen.
- Aufschiebbare Profile schmieren.
Die Zapfwelle ist mit einem Drehmomentbegrenzer
ausge rüstet, die den Antrieb stoppt, sobald das
Drehmoment den Tarierwert überschreitet.
Für die Sicherheitseinstellung beiliegende
Benutzungsanweisung der Kardanwelle einsehen
Er schaltet sich automatisch wieder ein, wenn die
Geschwindigkeit reduziert oder die Zapf welle
ausgeschaltet wird.

Transmission
Le régime standard est de 540 Tr/mn, sauf pour les
bordures et certains engrais. (cf. tableaux)
Lire attentivement la notice jointe avec la prise de
force et conserver la.
A NGLE DE LA TRANSMISSION :
- Pour garder votre cardan en bon état de
fonctionnement, respecter les positions de travail
dans la limite de l’angle maximum de 35°.
L ONGUEUR DU CARDAN :
- Vérifier que la longueur du cardan est bien
adaptée à votre tracteur.
R R E EM MA AR RQ QU UE E :
Attention à la longueur maximale au travail (L maxi).
- Pour la mise à longueur, mettre les deux demi-
transmissions côte à côte dans leur plus courte
position de travail et les repérer.
- Laisser un jeu de 3 cm à chaque extrémité .
- Raccourcir les tubes protecteurs intérieurs et
extérieurs
de la même longueur.
- Raccourcir les profils coulissants intérieurs et
extérieurs
de la même longueur que les tubes
protecteurs.
- Arrondir les bords et nettoyer soigneusement la
limaille.
- Graisser les profils coulissants.
La prise de force est équipée d’une sécurité à friction
qui stoppe la transmission lorsque le couple dépasse
la valeur de tarage.
Pour le réglage de la sécurité consulter la notice jointe
avec le cardan.
Il se réengage automatiquement en réduisant la
vitesse ou en arrêtant la PTO.

Drive assembly
The standard speed is 540 rpm, except for the borders
of the field and certain types of fertilizer. (see tables)
Carefully read and retain the instructions that come
with the PTO.
D RIVE ANGLE :
- To keep your PTO shaft in good working
order, make sure that the working positions do
not exceed the maximum angle of 35°
PTO LENGTH :
- Check that the length is adapted to your tractor.
N OTE :
Do not exceed the maximum working length (L max).
- When setting the length, place the two half-
shafts side by side in the short
position and mark off.
- Allow 3 cm slack at each end .
- Shorten the inner and outer protective tubes
to the same length.
- Shorten the inner and outer sliding sections
until they are the same length as the protective
tubes.
- Smooth the edges and carefully clear the filings.
- Lubricate the sliding sections.
The PTO is equipped with an automatic torque limiter
which stops the PTO shaft whenever the torque
exceeds the calibration setting.
To adjust the guard, consult the PTO instructions.
It is automatically re-engaged by reducing speed or
stopping the PTO.
