Setting the flow rate
Check that the “seed” metering variator (left)
is positioned at 0 before carrying out the
“F
ERTISEM ” calibration test (make a note of
the setting position if need be).
Before filling the hopper, check that the anti-clod
screens are in place, as the presence of clods of
fertilizer may disrupt the distribution of the product.
a) Adjusting the flaps
The flap openings should be adjusted to suit the
product being distributed.
A moveable red marker preselects the flap
openings for fertilizer such as ammonium nitrate or
18-46.
For very small seeds, the setting may be
exceeded in order to close the flaps.
For larger sized products (peas, beans) the flaps
may be opened.
b) Adjusting the “Fertisem” variator (right)
- Using the knob and the lever, set to the marker
determined for the calibration test.
Read the setting above the flat part – scale range
from 0 to 90
c) Calibration test
The seeding rate charts cannot be used for
the F
ERTISEM metering device.
- Make 25 turns.
- Empty the trays.
- Turn the crank handle 50 times for a 3m, 37½ for
a 4m.
- Collect the seed in the trays.
- Weigh the quantity collected.
- Multiply the result by 40 to determine the
quantity per hectare.
- Reengage the trough bars.
- Return the trays to the guard position.

Avant de remplir la trémie, vérifier que les tamis
anti-mottes sont bien en place, la présence de
mottes d’engrais peut perturber la distribution du
produit.
a) Réglage des clapets de fond
L’ ouverture des clapets de fond doit être adapté au
produit a distribuer.
Un repère amovible rouge présélectionne
l’ouverture des clapets pour les engrais comme
l’amonitrate ou le 18.46.
Pour des semences de très petites taille le repère
peut être dépassé afin de resserrer les clapets de
fond.
Pour des produits de grosses tailles; (pois , féveroles)
on peut ouvrir les clapets de fond.
b) Réglage du variateur « F ERTISEM » (droit)
- Mettre le repère déterminé pour l’essai de
débit à l’aide de la molette et du levier.
La lecture se fait au dessus de la partie plate
repères de 0 à 90
c) Essai de débit
Les tableaux de débit de la distribution
semence ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour
la distribution F
ERTISEM .
- Amorcer 25 tours.
- Vider les augets.
- Faire 50 tours de manivelle pour un 3m, 37½
pour un 4m.
- Récupérer la semence dans les augets.
- Peser la quantité recueillie.
- Multiplier le résultat de la pesée par 40 pour
trouver la quantité par ha.
- Réenclencher les barres à godets.
- Repositionner les augets en position carter

Streumengeneinstellung
Sicherstellen, dass der "Saat"-
Streumengenregler (links) vor der
„F
ERTISEM “ Abdrehprobe auf Position 0 steht
(ggf die Einstellposition notieren).
Vor dem Füllen des Tanks sicherstellen, dass die
Klumpenschutzroste montiert sind, bei
Düngerklumpen kann die Streuung gestört werden.
a) Einstellung der Bodenklappen
Die Öffnung der Bodenklappen muss an das zu
streuende Produkt angepasst sein.
Eine bewegliche rote Marke stellt die Öffnung der
Bodenklappen für Düngerarten wie
Ammoniumnitrat oder 18.46 vor.
Für sehr kleine Saatarten muss die Einstellmarke so
klein wie möglich eingestellt werden, um die
Bodenklappen auf die kleinste Öffnung einzustellen.
Bei großen Saatarten (Erbsen, Ackerbohne usw.)
können die Klappen ganz geöffnet werden.
b) Einstellung des „Fertisem“-Reglers (rechts)
- Stellen Sie mit dem Rädchen und dem Hebel die
für die Abrehprobe ermittelte Marke ein.
Menge oberhalb des flachen Stücks - Marken 0
bis 90
- ablesen.
c) Abdrehprobe
Die Mengentabellen für die Saatstreuung
können nicht für die F
ERTISEM -Streuung
verwendet werden.
- 25 Drehungen durchführen.
- Kippwannen entleeren.
- Handkurbel 50 mal drehen für 3 m; 37,5 mal für
4m.
- Saat in den Kippwannen auffangen.
- Aufgefangene Menge wiegen.
- Gewogene Menge mit 40 multiplizieren, um die
Menge pro Ha zu ermitteln.
- Kübelstangen wieder einschalten.
- Kippwannen zurück in Sicherungsposition
bringen.
