Disassembly:
1. Disconnect negative battery cable and raise the vehicle to remove the front wheels. Make sure
vehicle is high enough as it will be necessary to remove steering box and shaft as a one-piece unit.
2. Remove outer tie-rod, cotter pins & nuts. Then remove outer ends.
