Red Unrecoverable fault has occurred:
- device is bus off.
1. Make sure an I/O module is not
using a MAC ID = 0.
2. Make sure all backplane
modules are communicating at the
proper baud rate.
3. Cycle power to device.
4. If condition persists, replace
device.
