2 Rinse the IC column
• Place a beaker beneath PEEK capillary 13.
• Switch on the 818 IC Pump for 10 min.
3 Fix IC column
• Fix the IC column 16 in column holder 17.
2.4.7 Measuring cell
Install the measuring cell according to the measuring cell documenta-
tion.
