￭ Slide the tubing weighting (14-3) onto the eluent aspiration tub-
ing (14-1).
￭ Slide the clamping screw (14-4) onto the eluent aspiration tubing
(14-1).
￭ Insert eluent aspiration tubing (14-1) into the aspiration filter
(14-5). The end of the tubing must touch the base of the filter.
￭ Screw together clamping screw (14-4) and filter holder (13-1).
The end of the tubing must still touch the base of the filter.

5 Mounting eluent aspiration tubing to the eluent bottle
￭ Insert the eluent aspiration tubing into the eluent bottle (16-10).
