3 To print a file other than PDF or XPS format, select [File Type] by pressing the 【▲/▼】 key, then press the
【 Select】 key. Select [ALL] by pressing the 【▲/▼】 key, then press the 【Select】 key.
- The setting selected in [File Type] is also applied to the next operation and after.
When selecting a file to print, if you want to display only PDF and XPS format files, change the setting
of [File Type] to [PDF, XPS].

Select [File List] by pressing the 【▲/▼】key, then press the 【Select】 key.

Select the file to print by pressing the 【▲/▼】 key, then press the 【Select】 key.
- Select [Up] to move upward.
- Select a folder to open the folder and move to a lower level.

If necessary, change print settings, then select 【Start】
Settings Description
[Paper] Select the paper tray for the printing paper. The paper size can be specified
when the selected file type is TIFF or JPEG.
[DUPLEX]
(D201/D202) Select whether or not to print data on one side or both sides of sheets
of paper. To print data on both sides, select the binding position.
[COPIES] Set the number of copies to print.
[Collate] When printing data by multiple copies, select whether or not to feed out
copies separately one by one like “12345”, “12345”, and “12345”.
