2. Understanding the Printer Setting Menu
Changing printer setting with Printer Setting Menu
1 Press 【◀】 or 【▶】 button in the [Ready] mode. The menu name is displayed.
2 Operate 【◀】 or 【▶】 button until the desired menu is displayed.
3 Press 【OK】 button to select the [Menu] or [Menu item] displayed in the second line of the LCD
display window of the control panel.
A. Select [Menu] to open and show the first setting.
B. Select [Menu item] to show its default value. Each menu item has a list of values.
They consist of words, phrases, and numbers or On/Off.
4 Press 【◀】 or 【▶】 button to go to the desired value.
5 Press 【OK】 button to select the value on the second line of the LCD.
A new value is saved when you press 【OK】 button. Press 【 】 button to go to the previous menu.
The additional menu selection is made in the newly designated setting. Press 【 】 button to change
it as the last printer setting.
User defined setting are used until new setting are saved or setting are reset to factory setting.
Change setting to your environments.
