Slide the Trim Plate onto the bottom of the Suspension Column. This must be done before fastening
the Mic Mounting Plate. The Trim Plate will later be positioned to cover the Ceiling Plate when the
unit is fastened to the ceiling.
Sliding the Trim Plate down
may loosen the friction pads.
If the Trim Plate must be slid
down, ensure the friction
pads are firmly pressed
down before proceeding.

Use the screws to fasten the Mic Mounting Plate to the bottom of the Suspension Column.
