• Meets or exceeds the requirements of the latest edition of NFPA 99
• Package shall include:
- Oil-Less Scroll Air Compressors
- Dual Desiccant Air Dryer
- One Receiver that complies to Section VIII, Unfired Pressure Vessels of the ASME Boiler and Pressure
Vessel Code
- One Touch Screen Control Panel
• All components shall be completely pre-piped and pre-wired to single-point service connections
• The only field connections required will be system intake, exhaust and power connection at the touch screen
control panel (or between split systems)
• All interconnecting piping and wiring shall be completed and operationally tested prior to shipment
• Provide liquid tight conduit, fittings and junction boxes for all control and power wiring
• System shall include:
- Individual compressor inline intake filters
- Discharge check valves of bronze construction
- Safety relief valves
- Intake and discharge flexible connectors
- Isolation valves
- Air cooled after coolers for each compressor
- High discharge temperature sensor with numerical display and shut down
- Pressure control transducer with automatic switch backup
- Medical grade demand check valve for gauge, transducer and switches

Air Compressor

• UL listed control panel in a NEMA 12 enclosure with
a 5.7” Touch Screen Display
• Only panel components that are commercially
available and not of propriety design
will be considered
• Our compressors include the following accessories:
- Temperature sensor at each discharge port of
the compressor with numerical display
- Externally operable circuit breakers with door
interlock per compressor
- Control circuit transformers with fused primary
and secondary circuit breakers
- WinCE 5.0 operating system
- Illuminated H-O-A switch
- Magnetic starter with three leg overload protection
- Hour meter and motor running light
• Alarm contacts will be provided for remote

annunciation for all alarm points

• Audible and visual local alarms with dry contacts for
the following:
- Lag compressor in use
- High Dew Point
- High discharge air temperature
- Main transformer failure
- High carbon monoxide (CO) level
- Motor overload
• Provide manual reset for all alarms
• All control and alarm functions shall remain

energized while any pump in the system
remains electrically on-line
• Ethernet connectivity with embedded web-page for
remote monitoring, password protected for remote
adjustment of all operating parameters
• Lag compressor shall be able to start automatically if
the lead compressor fails to operate

• The compressors will be v-belt driven Oil-Less Rotary Scroll, single stage,
air-cooled construction with absolutely no oil needed for operation
(Available in 120 or 145 psi application)
• Each compressor will be equipped with isolation valve, check valve,
safety valve, electric motor, belts, belt guard, air cooled after cooler
with separator, temperature sensor at each discharge port that is field
adjustable
• A-Frame, stackable scroll allowing two pumps to run simultaneously with
smaller footprint allowing for compact design
• 3600 RPM, premium efficiency motor
• Means of removal of the compressor for service or replacement without
interruption to the system

• The system shall include:
- Individual compressor inline intake filter
- Non-return valve on the outlet
- Flexible inlet and outlet couplings
- Inlet and outlet shut-off valves
- Pressure relief valve
- Condensate separator and drains
- Unloader valve
