opportunity. ACD on the SIP-T20P/SIP-T20 IP phone allows the ACD system to distribute
large volumes of incoming calls to the registered ACD users. To use this feature, you
should configure an ACD key in advance.

Note

To configure an ACD key via phone user interface:

1. Press .

2. Select Features->DSS Keys.

3. Select the desired DSS key.

All involved parties cannot use encrypted RTP.

Music on hold server is configurable via web user interface only.

Make sure ACD is enabled on your IP phone. For more information on enabling ACD,
contact your system administrator.
