Switching the phones during a call
When you put on a call on hold, you can return to the call on the other
phone without disconnecting the call. The call on line 1 will be
switched to line 1 on another phone and that on line 2 is switched to
line 2.
To switch from the base phone to the handset
Example; While talking on line 1:

Press C
HOLD
) on the base
phone.
The LINE 1 button on the base
phone flashes slowly.
Press (
LINE 1
) on the handset.
The LINE 1 button on the
handset lights up and the LINE
1 button on the base phone
flashes in sets of two.
Now you can talk on the
handset.
When you're done talking, press
(OFF)
on the handset or replace
it on the base phone.
The LINE 1 button goes off.
