To connect the base phone to a single outlet having two lines
Connect the base phone
Tip
When you connect the base phone to a single
outlet having two lines, you can connect a
computer or FAX to the "L2/DATA" jack.

Connect the telephone line cord
to the "LI or LI /L2" jack and to
a telephone outlet.
Connect the AC power adaptor
to the DC IN 9V jack and to an
AC outlet.
Raise the antenna. Make sure it
points toward the ceiling.
Note
If you connect the base phone to single outlet
having one line, you cannot connect
computer or FAX to the "L2/DATA" jack.
