Sony provides several support options for your Sony PC. When you have
questions about your PC and the preinstalled software, check these places
for answers:
□ This guide explains how to set up and upgrade your computer, use
VAIO Space and the A/V Suite software, and perform basic
computer tasks.
□ The online System Reference Manual provides detailed information
about the hardware in your Sony PC, as well as how to setup and
upgrade your system. You can access the online System Reference
ManilOt hom the Start menu.
□ The other manuals and online help files fhat may accompany your
preinstalled software contain instructions on using these titles. Some
applications include a printed manual, but most of the manuals are
located on your hard disk drive as online help files. You can access
the online help files from the Sony Folder on the Start menu or from
the Help menu in the specific application.
□ The About Your Sony PC guide lists the telephone support numbers
for your preinsfalled software titles. This guide also includes a
packing list and technical specifications for your Sony PC.
□ The Sony Sales and Marketing Support number offers information
about your Sony PC and other Sony products that work with
your PC. To contact Sony Sales and Marketing Support, call

□ The Sony Fax-back service provides you with answers to commonly
asked questions. You can use this automated service to request a list
of available topics and then select the topics that you want to receive.
