PARENTAL CONTROL
Password (Security Code)
You can enter or change a password.
1. Select “Password” and press ENTER.
2. To change the password, enter the current
6-digit password in the “Old Password” box,
then enter the new password in the “New
Password” box. Enter the new password again
in the “Verify Password” box to confirm. Press
ENTER.
NOTES:
If using a password for the first time, create a new
password.
If you forget your security code
If you forget your security code, you can clear it using
the following steps:
1. Perform step 1 in Password as described left.
2. Input “136900” in the left box and the
security code will be cleared.
3. Perform step 2 to enter a new code as described
“Old Password”.
4. Original password is “136900”.
Parental
Some movies contain scenes that may not be suitable
for children. Many of these discs contain parental
control Information that applies to the complete disc or to
certain scenes on the disc. Movies and scenes are rated
from 1 to 8. Some discs offer more suitable scenes as an
alternative.
The parental control feature allows you to block
access to scenes below the rating you input, thereby
preventing your children from being abie to view
material you believe Is unsuitable.
1. Select “Parental” and press .
2. To access Parental and Password, you must
input the 6-digit security code you created. If you
have not yet entered a security code, you will be
prompted to do so.
