TV button doesn't turn on TV.

Remote control has not been properly programmed. See
"Programming the Remote Control" on page 41.
□
Batteries in the remote control or optional wireless keyboard could be
weak. Check the batteries and replace them, if necessary.
No picture, no sound.
□
Make sure the power cord is connected.
□
Check that the correct TV /Video setting is selected.
□
If your TV is not connected with S-Video or A/V cables, set the
CH3-CH4 switch, on the back panel of the Internet Terminal to the
channel for which there is no broadcaster in your area. Then tune the
TV to the same channel using your remote control.
IR Blaster doesn't seem to be working correctly.
□
Check that the IR Blaster is positioned directly above the IR receiving
area of your cable box.
□
Follow the on-line instructions for cable box control in the "Settings"
link, accessible from the TV Home page of the WebTV Plus Network.
