Inserting the Lithium Battery
Your camcorder is supplied with two lithium batteries. One is for the camcorder, and the other is lor the
Remote Commander. The lithium battery has a positive (+) side and a negative (-) side as illustrated
below. Be sure to install the lithium battery with the positive side facing out
Inserting the Lithium Battery Into the Camcorder
To activate the clock and the world clock, you must insert a iithium battery. (1) Detach the lid of the
lithium battery compartment on the bottom of the camcorder. (2) Install the lithium battery with the
positive (■•■) side facing out. (3) Replace the lid.
To Remove the Lithium Battery
Push the Battery down once and pull it out from the holder.
When replacing the lithium battery, keep the battery pack or other power source attached. Otherwise,
you will need to reset the date and time.
