Items 1-8:
•
To add an IP address to the Host Table or change SNMP Settings, select a number from 1 to 8.
Type the IP address to change or add and press <Enter>.
•
To set the Access, press <Tab>. To toggle through the options for Telnet, SNMP, or both, press
the <space bar>, then press <Enter> to set an option.
•
To set the SNMP Access Level, press <Tab>. To toggle through the read, write, and trap options,
press the <space bar>, then press <Enter> to set an option.
•
To set the trap community, select "9," type in the Read Community, and press <Enter> to accept.
Next, select "10," type in the Write Community, and press <Enter> to accept.
•
To set the Trap Port, enter the destination port number for management traps. Default is 162.
Note: The write community name cannot be changed.
