^ Turn on the player.

Turn on your Macintosh.

Notes:

•When “BUSY” is displayed on the player’s display;

—Do not open the disc cover.
—Do not press Q.
—Do not turn off the player.

Otherwise, your Macintosh may hang up. If this happened, reset your Macintosh.

•If the Macintosh is turned on before the player, the player may not be recognized

and cause a malfunction.

•Do not turn off the player before the Macintosh. This may cause malfunction of the

Macintosh. If this happens, turn on the player or reset the Macintosh.

•To remove a CD from the player, exit an application, press

q

, then remove the

CD.

•When using the player with battery if "{SJ” 'S displayed on the player’s display,

quickly connect the AC adaptor. Otherwise your computer may hang up.

•When using battery, you might notice the data transfer speed slows and access time

increases.

•When □ is pressed, a CD stops playing. To resume playing the CD, send a

command from the Macintosh to the player.
