SCSI ID number:

Each SCSI device connected to your Macintosh can be assigned an individual ID number
(refer to the respective manuals). Be sure that the CD-ROM SCSI ID number is not same

as another SCSI device connected to the Macintosh.
The factory setting of the player's SCSI ID number is set to 5.

Terminator:

The factory setting is

Setting

Make sure that the player is off.

Set the SCSI ID number switch (1—3) or Terminator switch (4) ON/OFF by using a pointed

object like a pen (do not use a pencil), and referring to the table below (for SCSI ID

number).
