When the hazard warning flashers
are on, the vehicle's turn signals will
not work.

Turn and Lane-Change
Signals

An arrow on the instrument panel
cluster flashes in the direction of the
turn or lane change.

Move the turn signal lever all the
way up or down to signal a turn.

Raise or lower the lever until the
arrow starts to flash to signal a
lane change. The turn signals
automatically flash three times.
It will flash six times if the tow-haul
mode is active. Holding the turn

signal lever for more than
one second causes the turn signals
to flash until the lever is released.

The lever returns to its starting
position when it is released.

If after signaling a turn or a lane
change the arrows flash rapidly or
do not come on, a signal bulb may
be burned out.

Have the bulbs replaced. If the bulb
is not burned out, check the fuse.

Turn Signal On Chime

If the turn signal is left on for more
than 1.2 km (0.75 mi), a chime
sounds at each flash of the turn
signal and the message TURN
SIGNAL ON also appears in the
DIC. See Lamp Messages on
page 5‑37

To turn the chime and
message off, move the turn signal
lever to the off position.

Fog Lamps

If your vehicle has fog lamps you
can use them for better vision in
foggy or misty conditions. Your
parking lamps and/or low-beam
headlamps must be on for your fog
lamps to work.

The fog lamp button is located on
the left side of your instrument
panel.

(Fog Lamps): Press the button

to turn the fog lamps on. An
indicator light will glow near the
button when the fog lamps are on.
Press the button again to turn
them off.
