e. Click OK.
6. Go to the Control Panel and click Phone and Modem.
7. Select the Modems tab.
8. Select the modems you want to remove (most likely you will want to remove all
of the modems).
9. Reboot the system.
10. After rebooting, return to the Control Panel and click Phone and Modem.
11. Select the Modems tab.
12. Select Add and Ok.
13. In the Add New Modem Wizard, check Don’t detect my modem; I will select it
from a list.
