Settings for the 2-Way Transmitter, continued

Power Save Mode

While in power save mode the 2-way transmitter will not attempt to communicate with the vehicle to conserve
battery life. This feature is useful when leaving the vehicle for extended periods of time or if using the secondary 1
way transmitter. Note that if the alarm is to trigger the 2-way transmitter will NOT indicate the event. To turn this
feature on or off scroll to menu 2 and select POWER SAVE, then use the corresponding transmitter buttons to

make your selections. Press the side “

” button in to exit and return to the main page.

Parking Meter Setting

The 2-way transmitter can be set to alert you to an expired parking meter time, in the example below the time is set
for 30 minutes. During the countdown you can check the remaining time by pressing in the side button, the
remaining time will be displayed at the top of the screen. When the timer reaches 0:00 the 2-way transmitter will
sound an alert, press any button to silence the alert. To turn this feature on scroll to menu 2 and select PARKING

METER, then use the corresponding transmitter buttons to select the amount of time needed. Press the side “

button in to exit and return to the main page.

Parking Area Setting

The 2-way transmitter can be set to display the parking lot section when you park your vehicle in a large lot or
structure such as an airport parking garage. The example below shows section B120, To enter B120 as the
location scroll to menu 2 and select PARKING AREA, then use the corresponding transmitter buttons to change
the text. To recall the parking area scroll to menu 2 and select parking area, your previous entry of B120 will be
displayed at the top of the screen and will remain in the 2-way transmitter’s memory until changed or cleared.
