Servicing

Should your TV/VCR Combination stop working, do not try to repair it yourself. There are no
user-serviceable parts inside the unit. Turn the TV/VCR Combination off, unplug the power
cord, and take the unit to an authorized CurtisMathes repair center.

Cabinet Cleaning

To clean your TV/VCR Combination, wipe it with a soft cloth that has been dampened with
luke-warm water and wrung dry. Never use a solvent or alcohol. Never spray insecticides near
your TV/VCR Combination; such chemicals can cause damage and discoloration to the exteri-
or of your TV/VCR Combination.

Video Head Cleaning

If the picture is blurred or interrupted when palying back a tape, it may be caused by dirty
video heads. Video heads can become dirty after long periods of playback, or from repeated
use of rental tepes. To have your video heads cleaned, contact an authorized CurtisMathes
repair center.
