Typical Average Weight Counting Operation

1. Use the SCALE SELECT key and ZERO key to zero all available scales.

2. If a container is needed to hold items being counted, then place it onto the count

scale and press the TARE key.


3. Place items to be counted onto the count scale.

4. Enter the known average piece weight using the 0-9, and BS (←) keys. When the

known average piece weight is entered press the APW key. The indicator will
display the count.


5. Press the PRINT key to output the specified output format.

6. Press the RESET key to return to the Weigh mode.


Entering ID Number –
An ID number can be entered for printout only

1.

Use the 1 – 9 keys to display the desired ID Number.


2.

Press the Print key to enter the ID Number. (The display will briefly flash ID
Number and then return to the weigh display).


3.

The ID number will now be printed each time the Print key is pressed, in either
the weighing or counting operation. The ID is temporarily saved until, another
ID is entered or the ID Number print out is deactivate.


4.

The ID Number can be cleared by entering the number 0 and then pressing the
print key. This disables the ID printout.


Please Note: Only one (1) ID Number is retained, there is no memory file for the ID Number
on the DW810/825.
