Turn over. Finish defrosting breast-
side down. Cover warm areas with
aluminum foil.
Place chicken breast-side-up on a microwavable
roast rack. Finish defrosting by immersing in cold
water.
Remove giblets when chicken is partially defrosted.
Cut-up
Turn over. Cover warm areas with
aluminum foil. Separate pieces and
rearrange.
Place on a microwavable roast rack.
Finish defrosting by immersing in cold water.

Turn over. Cover warm areas with
