3.2.4.3 Actions
The Actions Page lists all the defined actions of the system. Actions are typically serial, IR, or I/O functions that can be
assigned to buttons or scheduled events. The system comes with default actions, some of which cannot be deleted or
changed.

Click on the name of an Action to edit it or click ‘Add Action’ to create a new one.

Add/Edit Action

Action Name
The action name is used to refer to the action throughout the rest of the system once it is created. This cannot be
changed without deleting and recreating the action.

Description
Provides a brief description of what the action does.

Enabled/Disabled
Enables or disables an action

Delete Action
Permanently deletes an action

Other Actions
Allows you to insert other actions already defined. This gives advanced capability to create chained actions but be careful
when doing so because if one of the actions is improperly setup or has a mistake it could affect other actions down the
chain.

Built-In
Inserts a pre-defined built-in command. For example, switching audio and video source input on the receiver.
