NOTE: After making any changes to QoS you must click the Save/Add

buttons to Save your changes, then you must click the Reboot button
for the changes to take effect. You can click the Save/Add buttons
and proceed to other pages without losing your configured changes.

NOTE: If QoS is configured incorrectly, it may be required to Reset the

Router to Default Settings. Please back up any configuration before
attempting to Enable QoS.

3.8 VPN

There are three submenus in the VPN menu: PPTP Server, PPTP Users and L2TP. Click a
submenu to view and/or modify the corresponding settings.

3.8.1 PPTP Server
This page displays the PPTP Server Settings configured on the Router.

Select the menu

VPN>>PPTP Server to display the following page:

PPTP Server: Displays the current PPTP VPN settings of the Router.

PPTP Server: Allows you to Enable or Disable the PPTP Server on the Router.
Disabled is the default setting.

Starting IP Address: Allows you to set the Starting IP Address of the DHCP Pool
used by the VPN Server. 192.168.0.20 is the default setting.

Ending IP Address: Allows you to set the Ending IP Address of the DHCP Pool used
by the VPN Server. 192.168.0.30 is the default setting.

Save: This button is used to Save the configuration changes made on this page.
Once you have clicked Save, you may move to other pages in the Router setup.
Most changes will require a Reboot for the changes to take effect.

Reboot: This button is used to Reboot the Router after making configuration
changes or can be used to Reboot the Router for any reason.

Cancel: This button Cancels any changes made on this page.
