4. When the installation process has finished, click Finish.
5. Click Exit to exit the DemoShield application or see what is available on the CD or find contact
information.
Note One can install Vertical Mapper 3.5 and 3.7 on the same machine but in different installation
folders. But one has to take care that when running MapInfo Professional, only one of the
Vertical Mapper versions should be loaded.
This can be checked by going to MapInfo Professional -> Tools -> Tools Manager Menu.
If you see a checkbox next to Loaded for both Vertical Mapper entries, uncheck the one you
do not want to work on and click on OK.
Getting Help
You can access help by choosing the Help for Vertical Mapper command from the Vertical Mapper
menu. You can also access help from within a dialog box by pressing F1.

functionality of Vertical Mapper. It consists of a series of lessons, based
on practical examples of day-to-day GIS needs, ranging from simple to
more complex scenarios. You can use the accompanying data files to
work through the lessons.
The Vertical Mapper tutorial is available only as a .pdf file. If you have
installed it, you can access it from the Vertical Mapper menu.
