The Assigned Class(es) section lists classes that you have assigned.

The Add button enables you to create new classes or groups and add them to the new grid to be
reclassified.

The Delete button enables you to remove any highlighted class or group from the new grid to be
reclassified.

The Verify button enables you to verify that no class or group is left unassigned. If any classes from
the original grid are left unassigned, a dialog box opens listing those classes.

The Reduce button enables you to remove unassigned classes from the New Classes list.

The File name box enables you to enter a new file name for the reclassified grid.

The Load button enables you to load an existing structure profile.

The Save button enables you to create an ASCII text file containing the current classification
structure displayed in the New Classes list.

Exploring the Classified to Numeric Grid Converter

The Classified to Numeric Grid converter dialog is used to convert an existing classified grid into a
numeric grid. You can assign numeric values to the classes existing in the classified grid.

The Class Name lists all the available classes in the classified grid.

The Class value shows the numeric value assigned to this class. You can edit this value.

The Colour shows the colour used to represent that value in the numeric grid. You can change the
colour by clicking on the colour.

You can also assign values to the classes if you have a table which consists of a mapping of class
names and their values. For this you can choose Set From Table button. Table Values for Classes
dialog box appears:
