Drum clean
Cleaning the enclosure
◆ The drum can be cleaned without cleansers for the Drum
clean program.
◆ The Drum clean program cannot be used when there are
clothes in the washing machine, or the laundry or machine may
be damaged.
◆ Ordinary detergents cannot be used for the Drum clean program.
◆ Only one tenth of drum cleanser amount recommended by the manufacturer shall be used for the
sake of environmental protection.
◆ Bleach containing chlorine may fade the laundry; be sure to use oxygen bleach only.
◆ Powder cleanser: Please use powder bleach or the cleanser specialized for the inner drum of the
washing machine.
◆ Liquid cleanser: Please use liquid oxygen bleach or the cleanser specialized for the inner drum of
the washing machine.
5.Press Start/Pause button to start the Drum clean program.
Smart drum clean reminder: When the Drum clean program light near the knob is
flicking during washing, it means the drum needs cleaning. The user can start the
Drum clean program to maintain and clean the washing machine and the reminder
will disappear automatically if finished; if the user won’t start the Drum clean,
the reminder will disappear after 4 times and will appear again in the next
maintaining cycle. This function does not affect the normal use by the user. To
better maintain your washing machine, you are recommended to run the Drum
clean program on a periodic basis as per the warning function.
1. Wipe the washing machine enclosure, including the control panel, with a soft cloth and
nonabrasive household detergents.
2. Use a soft cloth to dry the enclosure.
3. Do not pour water on the enclosure in case parts of the machine would be damaged.
Before cleaning the washing machine, the machine shall be unplugged.
