SOME RECOMMENDATIONS DICTATED BY ExPERIENCE...

• Heat the oven to the desired temperature before cooking;
• Spitting is caused by too high a temperature, as well as dirtying the oven it alters the

cooking;

• Do not use recipients which are small for the size of the foods to be cooked;
• Place the foods to be cooked in the centre of the oven, not resting on the floor or

touching the glass door;
