PRE-HEATING THE OVEN
For successful cooking professional chefs always recommend pre-heating the oven
before putting the dish to be cooked inside.
On reaching the cooking temperature the oven emits two beeps and the “
°C” stops
flashing.
INSTANT TEMPERATURE READING
The real temperature of the oven (with reference to the centre of the oven) can be read
at any moment by simultaneously pressing the “
-” and “+” controls of the “cooking
functions/temperature” section.
FOR A FEw SECONDS THE DISPLAy wILL
vISUALISE THE TEMPERATURE REACHED By THE
OvEN AT THAT PRECISE MOMENT By FLASHING
IT ON THE DISPLAy.
