2. Cut the paper at the paper insertion slot, and remove the roll paper.
3. Remove the jammed paper from the front or back of the printer.
4. If necessary, open the top cover and remove the jammed paper. Caution: Be careful not
to damage the print head
when you pull out the
paper.
