Cannot connect

The product is not pairing correctly.

If the information for this product still remains in the list of connected devices on your Bluetooth device,
delete that information and try pairing again.

The information for a Bluetooth device that was registered on this product was deleted.

If you pair a device beyond the maximum number of pairable Bluetooth devices, the information for
device you first paired (the oldest pairing) is deleted. Pair this product once more.

On your Bluetooth device, remove the connection with this product and then connect this product
again.

Do not use this product near other devices that emit electromagnetic waves.

A 3.5 mm stereo mini-plug may have been connected (when connected via Bluetooth).

Remove the 3.5 mm stereo mini-plug cable, and then connect your Bluetooth device.

The cable may not be correctly connected (when connected via cable).

Connect the 3.5 mm stereo mini-plug cable jack of this product correctly to your external device.

You may be using an unsupported Bluetooth device.

This product cannot be paired with devices that require a passkey when pairing, as this feature is
unsupported.
