9. Use a pry bar to lift the non-filter side of the fryer onto the extended caster plate. See Figure 2.
10. Hook the provided brackets on the fryer component cabinet rails, insert the bolds and draw the units together.

Align the holes in the caster plate with the mounting holes as the fryer components are joined. See Figure 4.

11. Install the bolts in the center caster mounting plate. Leave the brackets in place.
12. Use a clamp to hold the units tightly together at the front and rear for the remaining steps. See Figure 5.
13. Attach the strip, which joins the top caps. Seal with hi-temp silicon. Two screws secure the strip at the front. See

Figure 6.

14. Attach the flue-cap connecting bracket.
15. With the fryers still clamped together, mount joining brackets front and back. See Figures 7, 8.
16. Extend the boot from one drain manifold to the other, tightening it with the attached clamp.
17. Reattach the lower panel on the two-vat unit.
18. Attach the gas manifolds.
19. Replace the door.
20. Remove plastic covering the stainless panels as the fryer is assembled.
21. Seal seam between fryer halfs with hi-temp silicon.
22. Place the joiner strip, which aligns the fryers at the frypot. See Figure 9.
23. Add the basket hanger to the flue over the frypot to be used for french fries.
24. Add the splash guard to the end vat if needed.
25. Return fryer to hood and ensure computers are set for the required menu items.
26. Remove bezel, lower computer and insert menu strip appropriate for the computer setting.
27. Reinstall filter pan after fryer start-up has been performed (boil-out, burner adjustment, etc.) NEVER ALLOW

WATER OR BOILOUT SOLUTION INTO FILTER SYSTEM.

28. Check all connections for leaks. Ensure all components operate properly.
