1. Behind the seat, remove the ends of the two
shoulder straps from the metal junction plate
(see figure 4, page 17).
2. In front of the seat, pull the strap ends through
the slots. Do not remove the buckles or
harness clip from the straps.
3. Underneath the seat,
pull the straps down
through the holes in
the cover and the seat,
guiding the buckles
and harness clip as
needed

4. To remove the crotch
strap, reach under the
seat and push the metal
retainer up through the slot sideways.
Buckle the crotch strap to the harness
strap for safekeeping.
5. The metal junction plate
and adjustment strap are
not removable. Push
in the red adjustment
button in front of the
seat and pull the strap
to the rear of the seat
so it won’t be in
the way when not
in use

6. Snap the junction plate onto the storage tabs
provided for it (see the molded outline of the
