The Band tab appears only when MC70 configuration is installed on the EDA. Both the 850 MHz Enabled
and Handover Enhancement Enabled check boxes are checked (enabled) by default. Any changes
made in this window do NOT persist after a cold boot (default settings are restored). Changes do persist
after a warm boot
