Return Procedure

For product repair, exchange or refund, you must:

v

Provide evidence of original purchase

v

Fill out the Problem Report Form (PRF) as detailed as possible for shorter product repair time.

v

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the sales representative or dealer

v

Carefully pack the product in anti-static package, and send it, pre-paid, to the dealer. The RMA
number should show on the outside of the package, and include a description of the problem along
with the return address and telephone number of a technical contact.
