This function reads the state for specific Input Port. The camera needs be initialized
with IMC_Camera_Init().

The Input Port to be read. The Ports can be:
INPUT_PORT_0 and INPUT_PORT_1
The pointer to the memory that contains state of the specific
Input Port.
