Notes:
• Before connecting the power cord, complete all of the
necessary audio and video connections.
• Do not use a power cord other than the one supplied
with the DPC-8.5, which is designed exclusively for
use with the DPC-8.5 and should not be used with any
other component.
• Never disconnect the power cord from the DPC-8.5
while the other end is still plugged into a wall outlet.
Doing so may cause an electric shock. Always discon-
nect the power cord from the wall outlet first.
Connecting the Power Cord
1 Plug the supplied power cord into the
DPC-8.5’s AC INLET.
2 Plug the other end of the power cord into
a suitable AC wall outlet.
The Standby indicator lights up.
