to a PABX

The following settings are only necessary

when your PABX requires them; please

refer to the operating instructions for your

PABX.
You cannot send or receive text messages

on PABX's that do not support Caller ID.

Switching temporarily to
tone dialling (DTMF)

If your PABX still operates with dial pulsing

(DP) but tone dialling is needed for a cer-

tain connection (e.g. to check the network

mailbox), you must switch to tone dialling

for the call.
Requirement: You are conducting a call

or have already dialled an outside number.
