Presetting radio stations (continued)
Naming the preset radio stations
1 Press the number buttons on the remote to display
the preset number of the station you want.
2 Press ENTER for about 2 seconds.
3 Turn the jog dial to select the character and press
ENTER.
4 Repeat step 3 to name the preset radio station (up to
10 characters).
5 Press ENTER for about 2 seconds.
To change the display
Press DISPLAY.
Every time you press DISPLAY, the frequency and the
name of the radio station appear alternately in the
display.
The characters you can
input
•Alphabet: A - Z or
a - z
•Figures: 0 - 9
•Symbols: ! ” # $ % &
( ) * ; < = > ? @ _ ‘ + – ,
/ : (space)
Tip
If you made a mistake,
press CANCEL and re-
enter the character by
turning the jog dial
and press ENTER.
