Notes on operating a
portable MD recorder
using this player
• If you turn the jog dial
during stop, playing of
an MD starts.
• If you press ( during
playback of an MD, the
recorder will locate the
next track.
• You cannot find a
specific point on an MD
using
=, +.
• You cannot use the
number buttons on the
remote supplied with
this player.
Other operations on this player
To Do this
Stop playback Press p on the CD section
Pause during playback Press P.
Press again to resume play
after pause.
Go back to the previous track Turn the jog dial.
or go to the next track (Press =, + on the
remote)
Play the track or tracks Press MODE on the remote
repeatedly repeatedly to select
“REPEAT ALL”, “REPEAT
1” or “REP SHUF”.
Check the track name*, Press DISPLAY.

*The track name will be displayed only if the MD has been
labeled.
