the “MagicGate” copyright protection
technology. The “Memory Stick PRO”
can be used only with “Memory Stick
PRO” compliant devices.
• “Memory Stick-ROM”: “Memory Stick-
ROM” stores pre-recorded, read-only
data. You cannot record on “Memory
Stick-ROM” or erase pre-recorded data.

About “Memory Stick Duo” and
“Memory Stick PRO Duo”
“Memory Stick Duo” is smaller than the
standard-size “Memory Stick” media. By
attaching a Duo adaptor, it can become the
same size as the standard-size “Memory
Stick” so it can also be used in products
compatible with standard-size “Memory
Stick” media.

About “Memory Stick Micro” (“M2”)
media
“Memory Stick Micro” (“M2”) media is
even smaller than the “Memory Stick Duo”
media. The M2 media comes with an
adaptor for the standard size and that for
the “Memory Stick Duo” size. By attaching
either of the adaptors, the “Memory Stick
Micro” media can also be used in products
compatible with standard-size “Memory
Stick PRO” or “Memory Stick PRO Duo”.

*2 The printer is equipped with a slot compatible

Without a Memory Stick Duo adaptor, you
can use both standard-size “Memory Stick”
and compact-size “Memory Stick Duo”.
*3 When using the “Memory Stick Micro” with
the printer, always insert it into an M2
adaptor. If you insert the “Memory Stick
Micro” into the printer without an M2
adaptor, you may be unable to remove the
“Memory Stick Micro”.
*4 The printer supports FAT32. The printer has
been demonstrated as operable with a
“Memory Stick” with a capacity of 4GB or
smaller manufactured by Sony Corporation.
However, we do not guarantee the operations
of all the “Memory Stick” media.
