To remove Bookmarks
During play of a track with a Bookmark,
press and hold
on the jog lever until
disappears.
Notes
• If you try to add Bookmarks to tracks on an 11th
CD (on a 6th CD* when playing ATRAC CDs/
MP3 CDs), the Bookmarks of the CD you played
first will be erased.
• All Bookmarks stored in memory will be erased if
you remove all power sources.
• For D-NE331 HK4, E18/1, CNA models only:
All Bookmarks stored in memory will also be
erased if you continue playing the player on the
rechargeable battery while “Low Battery” is
displayed, without charging the battery.
* When each CD has 513 tracks or more.

“GROUP” or “GROUP SHUFFLE”

If you select a group on an MP3 CD, etc.

seconds or more.
The player starts playback of all files in
the group you have selected.

When “REPEAT” appears, select
“ON” or “OFF” and press

jog lever.
Note
If the group has no tracks, or the group is located in
the lowest directory level, “Invalid” appears on the
display.
Playing your favorite
tracks
(Bookmark play)

During play of the track to which
you want to add a Bookmark, press
on the jog lever until flashes
slowly.

If you want to add a Bookmark to
two or more tracks, repeat step 1.
You can add Bookmarks to up to 10 CDs
for audio CDs (up to 99 tracks for each
CD) and up to 5 CDs* for ATRAC CDs/
MP3 CDs (up to 999 tracks for each CD).
